8.17.2025 - I realized being in your 30s means that your body starts to get more stiff, more tired, and it's more than time for me to prioritize health and fitness. i've been chronically sleep deprived since i was a pre-teen, which is almost 20 years of bad quality sleep. so, i made a goal of having this week be the start of getting good sleep instead of oversleeping or staying up til 4am. happy to report that i have averaged ~7.5 hours of sleep, which is up from my ~4-5 hours i typically get. i feel good, and i've been more motivated to eat enough/move more as a result. amazing how many things stem from sleep...!
